You are welcome to use designs you purchase on items that you wish to sell.  I do ask that you give credit to Too Cute Embroidery as the source of these designs if you use them for items you sell and provide a link to my website as you are able to. I do ask that you not copy these designs to share with anyone or sell the designs themselves. This is a direct violation of copyright laws.

When using designs by graphic artists, I have purchased a license and/or obtained permission from them to digitize their artwork. Some designs I have commissioned artists to create exclusively for me while others are non-exclusive designs. In this case, you may see the same designs offered on other sites besides this one. The clip art designs have been purchased by a number of digitizers from an artist to be used to create embroidery designs from.

While you are purchasing a copy of the designs or CD lessons for your use, the designs themselves belong to Too Cute Embroidery and are protected by copyright laws.  They are not to be redistributed in any way. Any violation will result in criminal prosecution.
